Cement » All cement bulker on arrival has a physical & chemical
test results send from factory.
Our lab Engineers test the cement Interraly and
recorded in the lab.
Aggregate & Sand » All truck on arrival
will be checked from our lab Engineer and tested for its grading, specific gravity
& water absorption of coarse and fine aggregates.
Water » Water is tested as
per BS 3048: 1980
Concrete » Lab technicians checks all the loads batched from the plant for the workability
and temperature. Concrete is checked for initial slump and temperature in each Batch.
Cubes will be made for testing compressive strength, as required. Cubes are curred
inside the laboratory under controlled conditions to be tested the 7 & 28 days.
